The appointment book is table stakes. What separates these products is what happens around it: can patients book themselves, does the system chase unscheduled treatment, and is any of that included? In Canada you cannot answer the cost half of that question from public information — no domestic vendor publishes add-on rates — so get the online-booking and reminder pricing itemised in the quote.
