Dental billing software
Billing and claims are where practice management software earns or loses its keep. Here is which systems do it in the core product, and which sell it as an add-on or push you to a clearinghouse.
Almost every practice management system claims to do billing. In Canada the distinction that matters is whether CDAnet submission, attachments and predeterminations are native, or whether you are reconciling by hand around them. Tracker is the only vendor here that documents its claims stack explicitly — CDAnet version 4, ITRANS 2.0 and EDI attachments. Ask every other vendor for the same detail in writing, and ask specifically about per-claim and per-predetermination fees, because none of them publish those either.
